Risk Resolutions Limited is an International consultancy service to the Insurance/Reinsurance Industry based in London. The team is headed by Ashley Prager who has been working in the London Market for over 25 years, with extensive experience gained from undertaking positions with Lloyd’s Broking Houses, Lloyd’s Syndicates and significant experience working for Equitas a major London Market Run-Off Company.
Ashley graduated with an LLB Honours Degree from the University of London and is a highly experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the Insurance and Reinsurance Industry. Capable of resolving the most complex disputes and claims in collaboration with UK and US litigation teams, auditors and other international market companies.
Ashley has been involved in claims within the London Market since 1985 both direct and Reinsurance. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is a member of both the London Market Faculty and the Faculty of Claims. Ashley is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators MCIArb. He completed the Lloyds practicing paper in 1992. He is also a board member of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Service Providers.

Graham acts as a consultant to Risk Resolutions with regard to marketing and special projects as and when his in depth market knowledge and expertise are required. Graham formerly was an underwriter within both Lloyd’s and the Company markets, writing Marine and Aviation insurance and reinsurance risks. Following this period Graham took a managerial role at Equitas becoming the focal point for all Marine and Aviation business. Due to Grahams vast experience he has been instructed as an expert witness in connection with worldwide claims matters including non marine risks. Graham is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) and has formerly been an examiner for the institute.

Yogan has spent 30 years in London and International Insurance/Reinsurance market. Yogan works closely with Risk Resolutions on developing new opportunities that benefit our clients globally be it with new products or access to markets. Yogan’s experience included knowledge of technical reinsurance and run off skills that helped create a surplus at Equitas which was subsequently acquired by Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway Group. Yogan is a great manager of people and a welcome asset at Risk Resolutions.
